Business Model
We own the Intellectual Property to the unique moulds and concept. An income will be generated by leasing the Intellectual Property to outlets in different sectors of the food market. We supply the hardware, and the outlets are responsible for their own product branding, signage & advertising, food manufacturing and the supply of the food containers from our preferred supplier.
These outlets are categorized as follows:
Informal Entrepreneurs: (trailers & containers, spaza shops, catering companies, ad-hoc markets and food trucks)
Income: a) A once-off activation cost for the Starter Pack (this includes the press with set of moulds and instruction manual)
b) A monthly rental and usage fee.
High-Volume Fixed Businesses: (supermarkets, fast food chains, convenience stores at filling stations, restaurants, sport stadiums and virtual kitchens)
Income: a) A monthly rental & usage fee.
b) Royalties paid for each item sold.
Our own Pap-Arazzi shops and franchises:
Income: a) A monthly rental, usage and franchise(if applicable) fee.
b) Royalties paid for each item sold.

Opportunities
We believe that we have a competitive advantage against other fast-food outlets, as our product is new and unique enough to attract consumers. There is no like-for-like replacement for our product and as a result of us holding the patent, it is not allowed to be replicated, giving us a great deal of protection.
Additionally an advantage to our ownership of the mould patent is that we have the ability to rent out our moulds for royalties and rent. With the number of food outlets (take-away, supermarkets etc.) in South Africa, Africa and the rest of the world the potential for growth is enormous.
It is common sense that there is a huge market for kiddies foods. Our latest food moulds are designed to look like sport balls such as a soccer or rugby ball. We envisage these themed bowls to become popular and sought after.
